Jeff Farrah

Dr. Jeffrey Farrah is a Tallahassee native who graduated from NFC high school, played football for Jacksonville University, and obtained his undergraduate degree from FSU.
After receiving his BS in Nutrition and Fitness, Dr. Farrah moved to Miami FL to continue his education and became a licensed massage therapist while working on his masters in exercise physiology at Florida International University.
After working in the field of massage therapy Dr. Farrah decided to pursue his doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine at Palmer College of Chiropractic, in Port Orange FL.
While in the Chiropractic program Dr. Farrah developed an interest in an Evidence Based Approach to health care and believes strongly in patient education and strives to work with patients and their goals to get them back to their daily activities as soon as possible. And unlike many traditional chiropractors we do not use long term care plans, but rather prefer to teach patients how to prevent musculoskeletal problems from occurring.
Since graduation Dr. Farrah has continued his post graduate education in various fields of manual therapy and pain management. Including:
- Mckenzie treatment protocols
- Kinesio Taping
- Acupuncture (licensing will be complete at end of 2011)
- Graston Technique
- In addition is an adjunct faculty member at TCC in the science and math division.
Jenny Farrah

Known for her very friendly, positive, energetic, and caring attitude, Jenny is the founder of Pathway Wellness Centre’. Her specialization in massage therapy does not simply involve offering massages, but really getting a sense of what the client truely needs. That is why giving her best and making the client feel completely satisfied is of great priority to her.
For Jenny, doing massages is not just a job… it is something she loves doing. Being a people person, she takes every opportunity to make a connection with each client and offers them advice on how to improve their well-being, physically, spiritually, and mentally.
Jenny studied massage therapy at the Core Institute in Tallahassee, Florida. Her specializations include but are not limited to sports massage, neuromuscular massage and medical massages for treatment of headaches, and neck and back pain. She currently has 11 years of experience.
Interesting Facts:
- Healing seems to run in Jenny’s family: her father used to make up herbal remedies. Also, both of her sons are pursuing a medical career, one of them is in medical school and the other in chiropractic school.
- Jenny’s favorite services offered at Pathway Wellness Centre’ are foot reflexology (half an hour makes a huge difference for her since she is standing a lot during the day) and hot stone massages (increases her deep sense of well being.)
Pete

Pete Studied at the Emerald Coast Massage School in Ft. Walton. He has been a massage therapist for 7 years. Pete enjoys blending different massage techniques to give each and every one of his clients the best massage possible. Pete enjoys working at Pathway Wellness and giving Hot Stone massages, he feels it helps bring the exclusive spa touch to Tallahassee.

Tara

Tara graduated from the Core Institute 2 years ago. She enjoys using massage to help athletes feel better after an event and to increase performance for an event. Tara spends most of her weekends off volunteering at various sports events including the Iron Man held every year in Panama City.

- Tara received her certification for Tunia massage at the National Olympic Training Centre in Beijing China and sports massage from Bryan Buckley.

Staci

Staci is a native of Tallahassee and has been with Pathway Wellness for over a year. For the last nine years she has been a licensed massage therapist and pilates instructor. Staci specializes in swedish/relaxation, deep tissue, myofacial release, thai massage and reiki. She also designs specific pilates conditioning sessions to help clients achieve the functional core strength needed to engage muscles that will help promote and support a healthy body while training overworked and unnecessarily used muscles to let go and relax. This helps to regain good posture, efficient strength and the ability to breathe freely and move with ease.
